The typical workflow begins with placing an order and selecting options for size (commonly 5x7, 8x10, or 11x14 inches) ). I then request up to five high-quality reference photos to ensure accurate fur texture, lighting, and color matching before creating a preliminary pencil sketch for your approval. Once the sketch is finalized and approve by you , I start painting on premium 100% cotton watercolor paper and professional-grade, lightfast watercolor paints.

Pricing: Costs vary by size and the number of pets, with base prices starting with $75 USD for 5"x7"size, $100 for 8"x 10" and $130 11"x14" sizes..

• I use acid-free, archival materials to ensure the painting remains vibrant for years, often adding final highlights with pure white gouache.

• Turnaround Time: Standard delivery typically takes up to 5 weeks.

• Approval Process: I will send a photo of the final painting for your review and approval before shipping, ensuring you are satisfied with the result

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Below is our refund policy for custom pet portrait commissions:

100% refund- cancellation within 5 days of purchase.

70% refund- after 5 days of purchase (a 30% fee is retained to cover time and materials invested).

Once the painting is completed and shipped:
